Refund Policy

To confirm and reserve the seat, all fees must be paid during the online registration and incomplete registration must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled and re-registration online or onsite is required.

The registrant may substitute delegate by providing reasonable notice to PEMS, 7 days before the event.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A 90% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days, 60% refund will be granted if the request is received less than 10 business days, while no refunds will be granted if the request is received less than 24 hours prior to the event. If the registrant did not show up in the event without prior notice, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee.

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%) or credit can be used to attend other events hosted by the company. Refund will be processed within 30 days.
